Congratulations on the purchase of your new pool! Here's what you need to know & what comes next!

- At this point you should have purchased a pool. We do not sell pools or pool liners. - you should Have your pool delivered and in your possesion. your pool needs be stored in a Garage/shed or tarped on solid ground until your install date. - Determine your ideal pool location. You Can do this with a 100' tape measure, a screwdriver, and a can of paint. Contact OUPS to ensure your pool location is clear of any power/gas/water lines (see Below). Keep in mind, the pool site will be dug out 3' further than the actual size of the pool. - We will need at least 6' clearance to your backyard for our tracked skidsteer. All obstructions need to be cleared prior to install. We do not Remove And are not responsible for the removal of any obstructions to the pool site (Fences, Gates, Vehicles, Trash Cans, lawn equipment, Gardens, ect.) - A reliable water source must be made available for the proper installation of any pool or liner replacement. Decide now if you are using your own water to fill or prefer to have water delivered. - Ensure you have all permits Required through your local municipality. - Contact OUPS and get a ticket number. We will use your ticket number when install is scheduled. OUPS does not mark all internet/cable lines or privately installed utility lines. - ohio https://www.oups.org - pennsylvania https://www.pa1call.org - Once you have completed these steps, email us your ticket number so we know you're ready to go! we will call you two weeks before your tentative scheduled date. **scheduling does not start until season starts! The season starts when the weather permits. Please allow 24-72 hours for an Email or phone call. - Please remember ALL Service dates are always tentative and liable to change. please dO NOT call off of work when you recieve a service date. A 24 hour, or as soon as possible, notice will be sent if delays occur. if you cannot be present during service, arrangements can be made for another responsible adult to sign off on work completed and make any payment due at the end of service.
