- PENNSYLVANIA CUSTOMERS: Due to logistics and cost, we do not typically haul sand to your area. therefore, all iNSTALLS (not liner replacments) need to be prepared to have sand delivered. you will be reimbured unless otherwise stipulated in a contract. instructions for sand will be sent when your install date is scheduled. please contact us for how much you need and we can get you in touch with a company near you. - National Electric Guidelines stipulate that pools must be at Least 10', horizontally, from all electric lines, or 22' away from the water level. Your permit may not account for this. - unfavorable weather conditions including, but not limited to, rain, high winds, and extreme temperatures, may be cause for Delay. all Install dates are always tentative. Our team does not work when temperatures reach the "feels-Like" 95 degrees or higher. - !! Please DO NOT call off of work when you recieve an install date !! A 24 hour, or as soon as possible, notice will be sent if delays occur. If you cannot be present during install, arrangemnts can be made for another, responsible adult to sign off on work completed and make any payment that may be due at the end of install. - We will need 3 Consecutive Parking Spots, Or approximately 40', in front of the house, as well as an unobstructed path to the pool site. Please move ALL vehices parked in the road, or another suitable and convienient space must be arranged for heavy trucks and equiptment to be parked. We are not responsible for any damage caused to yards or driveways if a solid surface is not made available. - all additional Labor fees (dig, root/rock removal, Ect.) will be due at the end of the dig. - The Base installation fee does not include; Heaters, Foam bottom/coves, armor shields, Chemical/salt water feeders. hardlines, dirt removal, etc. - we do not bring plywood for our equipment's path. Your lawn may be damaged during install. we are not responsible for any landscaping repairs; including but not limited to ruts, divits, matted grass, tree branches, etc. - We do not backfill the pool after installation. - We do not haul away any trash, or old pools/liners. we will neatly stack trash in a location of your choosing.
